Edenland Park is open to all those wishing to recreate in nature, subject to strict compliance with the conditions imposed by the internal rules.
Edenland Park is a privately owned site. In order to gain access, it is obligatory to take note of and comply with these general rules and the specific rules for each activity. By purchasing tickets you give your consent to read and accept these rules.
The content of these rules is implemented strictly in the interest and for the safety of visitors. Persons who consider them to be restrictive or simply do not agree to abide by them have the option of not entering the park premises.
- Edenland Park recommends that participants take out a health insurance policy.
- Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the park staff throughout their visit. Participants are solely responsible for any incidents that occur as a result of not following the instructions.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult and supervised by an adult throughout the visit in order to enter Edenland Park.
- Access to Edenland Park is permitted according to the posted opening hours.
- It is forbidden to enter Edenland Park with food or any type of drink, coolers and/or bulky luggage.
- Aggressive behaviour, both physical and verbal, towards other guests and/or park management staff is prohibited.
- To rent equipment belonging to Edenland Park, an adult person must present his/her identity card and acknowledge and sign the information on the processing of personal data. A customer card containing all the identification data is issued to this person. By purchasing tickets, the person consents and undertakes that all ticket recipients shall comply with the provisions of the internal rules.
- It is strictly forbidden to destroy and/or damage any equipment, facilities or installations in Edenland Park. Any damage, even if caused by negligence, to property, equipment and/or special areas belonging to Edenland Park will be charged to the person responsible and the value will be determined according to the company’s accounts.
- It is forbidden to use Edenland Park’s facilities or equipment belonging to it for purposes other than those permitted by these rules and rules specific to each activity.
- It is forbidden to light fires in the park.
- It is forbidden to touch electrical wires or panels.
- It is forbidden to go onto the green space anywhere in Edenland Park.
- There is no picnic area in Edenland Park. Therefore, blankets and hammocks may not be placed on the park areas.
- The rubbish must be disposed of selectively in specially designated areas.
- Smoking is only allowed in specially designated and signposted areas.
- For the satisfaction of physiological needs it is compulsory to use the toilets exclusively.
- Edenland Park does not have a specific dress code, but recommends decency and respect towards other guests and/or staff.
- Pets are allowed in Edenland Park, provided that they are kept on a leash and under constant supervision (muzzles are compulsory for dogs of dangerous breeds, according to current legislation).Pet owners are required to carry the necessary materials (litter, mat, bag, etc.) for cleaning the area and removing faeces.
- By accepting these rules, the customer agrees to the possibility of their inclusion in photographs for illustration and commercial support. Edenland Park is protected from any claim to image rights.
- It is forbidden to film, photograph, make reports and interviews for commercial purposes in Edenland Park without the prior written consent of SC Eden SRL.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring/use/leave in Edenland Park any sharp, breakable object that may cause injury, lethal or non-lethal weapons.
- It is forbidden to sell, promote, distribute samples, recruit or interview people in Edenland Park, without the prior written consent of SC Eden SRL.
- The sale, purchase, consumption or possession of drugs or other substances prohibited by law is prohibited in Edenland Park.
- Edenland Park is not responsible for the loss or theft of guest property both in the car park and on the park premises.
- Edenland Park shall not be liable for any accidents or damage caused to third parties as a result of participants’ failure to comply with the instructions of the park management staff and internal rules.
- Edenland Park is not liable for any accidents or damage caused by falling branches.
- The security officer may ask to view personal luggage to ensure that the provisions of the rules are observed.
For medical emergencies call 112.
Any subsequent complaint caused by a breach of the above-mentioned Edenland Park rules will not be taken into consideration and cannot produce any legal effects.
IMPORTANT! EDENLAND PARK RESERVES THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:
- To select guests on a non-discriminatory basis and only in the interest of maintaining a recreational climate for persons on the premises.
- To exclude from the Edenland Park premises participants who violate the imposed rules of security and discipline, as well as participants who exhibit inappropriate behaviour that would affect the normal conduct of the activities and other activities.
- To not allow persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prohibited substances to enter the park.
- To interrupt activities in the event of unfavourable weather conditions (strong wind, storm, heavy rain).
- To limit access to Edenland Park during certain special events.
Regulations regarding the rental and usage of pavilions
- By making the payment, the Customer consents and undertakes to comply with both the provisions of the Rules for the rental and use of the pavilion and the General Rules of Edenland Park.
- Edenland Park pavilions are available for rental between 10:00 – Sunset.
- Access with fireworks, confetti and piñatas is prohibited. Any failure to comply with the provisions of this section is punishable by a fine of 200 lei, representing the penalty clause. The Customer is also liable for any damage caused to Edenland Park or third parties through their use.
- Access with loudspeakers or other sound systems is prohibited.
- The capacity of the pavilion must be respected.
- If the Customer wishes to reschedule the booking the request must be communicated at least 2 working days before the day of arrival by sending it to the e-mail address: info@edenland.ro. Rescheduling is done after receiving a confirmation e-mail, subject to availability and only during the current year. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- If the Customer wishes to cancel the booking, the request must be communicated at least 7 calendar days before the day of arrival by sending it to the e-mail address: info@edenland.ro. Cancellation will be made after receipt of a confirmation e-mail and the full amount paid will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days, but not less than 2 working days, before the date of the event, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If, at the end of the event for which the pavilion has been rented, damage or destruction of certain goods is found, the Customer will pay the countervalue, according to the situation in the Company’s accounts.
Edenland Park reserves the right to refuse access or to exclude from the premises persons who do not comply with the rules, for whatever reason.
Any subsequent complaint caused by a breach of the above-mentioned Edenland Park rules will not be taken into consideration and cannot produce any legal effects.
Regulations for the climbing wall
The climbing wall is accessible to all persons at least 1.20 m tall and at least 21 kg, if they are in good physical and mental health.
Warning! Participants climb at their own risk after reading, understanding and accepting the rules. For minors, consent to participate must be given by accompanying adults.
It is compulsory to read and respect the rules below:
- It is forbidden to climb the climbing wall without personal protective equipment. This activity requires wearing appropriate shoes, boots or sports shoes. You will not be equipped if you are wearing slippers, sandals, espadrilles, crocs, moccasins, platform or orthopedic shoes (with a height of more than 4 cm).
- The maximum weight allowed for participants on the climbing panel is 100 kg and the minimum weight is 21 kg.
- Access is restricted to people with hearing loss, as well as to those with certain types of physical and/or mental disabilities that do not allow the activity to be carried out safely.
- To rent equipment belonging to Edenland Park, an adult person must present his/her identity card and acknowledge and sign the information on the processing of personal data. A customer card containing all the identification data is issued to this person. By purchasing tickets, the person consents and undertakes that all ticket recipients shall comply with the provisions of the internal rules.
- Both fitting and unfitting shall only be carried out by an authorised person from Edenland Park. Any alteration made to the equipment’s tethers or attachments by the participant will result in the participant or his/her companion assuming liability for any damage caused.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for both compliance with the rules and the minor’s behaviour throughout the activity.
- Participants are obliged to follow the instructor’s instructions throughout the activity. Participants are solely responsible for any incident occurring as a result of non-compliance with this rule.
- Access to the climbing panel is only allowed in the presence of the instructor.
- If the participant does not respect the rules presented during the instruction by the authorized personnel, he/she will be stopped from the activity and will immediately hand in the equipment, without refunding the paid fee.
- Protective equipment (harness + helmet) is not transferable.
- When the rental time is exceeded, participants will pay an additional fee according to the posted rates.
- The return of the equipment is final, regardless of whether the allocated time has not been used up.
- If, after the equipment has been fitted, the participant feels unable to take part in the sporting activities and chooses not to continue, the amount paid is not refundable.
- Participants will not be refunded if park activities are interrupted due to adverse weather conditions (strong wind, storm, heavy rain).
- During the activity, it is mandatory that long hair is tied back in a ponytail so as not to reduce visibility.
- Once the activity starts, participants are not allowed to carry on their person: telephones, cameras, jewellery, sunglasses, bulky accessories or other objects to avoid accidents, for which they are directly responsible.
- Smoking is prohibited, as well as any other activity that could distract the participant from the route.
- The use of a safety rope is compulsory throughout the activity.
- The position of the safety rope must be between the arms.
- The safety rope will only be fitted and removed by the Edenland Park instructor.
- When climbing it is strictly forbidden to cross the wall horizontally. The climber must stick to the indicated climbing area.
- It is forbidden to stand in the landing area while other people are climbing, a fall of the climber over the climber standing in this area can lead to serious injury.
- In case of damage/loss of protective equipment, the cost of the equipment will be borne by the person renting it or by the parents/carers.
- All participants must contribute by their actions and attitude to the safety and smooth running of the activity. Injury to a climber by another climber is the direct responsibility of those involved, and the instructor/company is exonerated from any liability.
- Edenland Park reserves the right to refuse access or exclude from the route people who block it or do not respect the rules, for whatever reason.

Regulations for the tree courses and Eden Jump
The tree trails activity is open to all people from the age of 4 years and a minimum height of 1 metre, who are in good physical and mental health and who are able to overcome all obstacles on the trails according to the rules imposed by the park staff.
Warning! Participants climb at their own risk after reading, understanding and accepting the rules. For minors, consent to participate must be given by accompanying adults.
It is compulsory to read and respect the rules below:
- It is forbidden to climb the climbing wall without personal protective equipment. This activity requires wearing appropriate shoes, boots or sports shoes. You will not be equipped if you are wearing slippers, sandals, espadrilles, crocs, moccasins, platform or orthopedic shoes (with a height of more than 4 cm).
- The maximum weight allowed for tree trail participants is 110 kg. People approaching this weight may not be able to be equipped if the harnesses do not fit, so they cannot participate in the activity.
- For the Eden Jump activity the minimum age is 12 years (with written consent of the adult accompanying person) and the maximum weight allowed is 100 kg. Equipment must be returned immediately after the activity.
- Access is restricted to people with hearing loss, as well as to those with certain types of physical and/or mental disabilities that do not allow the activity to be carried out safely.
- To rent equipment belonging to Edenland Park, an adult person must present his/her identity card and acknowledge and sign the information on the processing of personal data. A customer card containing all the identification data is issued to this person. By purchasing tickets, the person consents and undertakes that all ticket recipients shall comply with the provisions of the internal rules.
- Both fitting and unfitting shall only be carried out by an authorised person from Edenland Park in specially marked areas. Any alteration made to the equipment’s tethers or attachments by the participant will result in the participant or his/her companion assuming liability for any damage caused.
- Minors will be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for both their safety and their behaviour throughout the activities they choose.
- The equipment is rented for three consecutive hours and is non-transferable, and attendance at the equipment training is compulsory. The instruction time is included in the equipment rental period.
- When the rental time is exceeded, participants will pay an additional fee according to the posted rates.
- The return of the equipment is final, regardless of whether the allocated time has not been used up.
- If, for any reason, it is desired to temporarily unassign the equipment, the time counting continues and the equipment remains in the custody of the person who rented it.
- If, after the equipment has been fitted, the participant feels unable to take part in the sporting activities and chooses not to continue, the amount paid is not refundable.
- It is recommended that the trails are covered gradually.
- The use of the two carabiners is compulsory throughout the routes.
- It is mandatory that participants respect the age and height limits posted at the start of each route.
- Overcrowding of the trails should be avoided, with only one person per game and a maximum of two people per platform.
- Once the activity starts, participants are not allowed to carry on their person: telephones, cameras, jewellery, sunglasses, bulky accessories or other objects to avoid accidents, for which they are directly responsible.
- During the activity, it is mandatory that long hair is tied back in a ponytail so as not to reduce visibility.
- Smoking is prohibited, as well as any other activity that could distract the participant from the route.
- If the participant does not respect the rules presented during the instruction by the authorized personnel, he/she will be stopped from the activity and will immediately hand in the equipment, without refunding the paid fee.
- In case the weather conditions become unfavourable, we reserve the right to interrupt the activity for safety reasons.
- Do not use Edenland Park attractions if you have consumed alcoholic beverages, substances prohibited by law or suffer from various medical conditions which may include, but are not limited to: fainting, cardiac arrhythmias, heart disease, blood pressure, phobias, episodes of loss of consciousness, etc. Edenland Park accepts no liability for any incident caused on the park premises resulting from poor medical conditions, failure to follow staff instructions or failure to follow instructions for use of the attractions.
- In the event of destruction/loss of protective equipment and goods required for activities within Edenland Park due to failure to follow the instructions for use, the cost of these will be borne by the hirer or parents/carers and must be paid as follows*:
Adult personal protective equipment: 1775 lei, consisting of:
- Harness = 300 lei;
- Girth I = 90 lei;
- Girth Y = 175 lei;
- Carabiniers = 60 lei;
- Trac = 500 lei;
- Zaza = 350 lei;
- Helmet = 200 lei;
- Identification tag = 100 lei;
Personal protective equipment for children: 1735 lei, consisting of:
- Harness = 260 lei;
- Girth I = 90 lei;
- Girth Y = 175 lei;
- Carabiniers = 60 lei;
- Trac = 500 lei;
- Zaza = 350 lei;
- Helmet = 200 lei;
- Identification tag = 100 lei;
……………….
- Bike for adults:1500 lei;
- Bike for children:1000 lei;
- Ping pong table:1000 lei;
- Paddle set :50 lei.
*The amounts mentioned above include VAT.
Violation of these rules shall exempt Edenland Park from liability for any damage.
By purchasing tickets, the customer or the minor’s carer, as the case may be, consents that he/she has read, understood and agrees to these regulations.
In the event that the consideration for the damaged equipment is not paid immediately, the amount due shall be deemed to be due, certain and liquid and for each day of delay in payment the debtor shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the amount due until the date of actual payment.SC EDEN SRL is entitled to sue the customer for the recovery of the damage established according to the above-mentioned amounts, without any other proof, apart from the destroyed equipment, and the related penalties at the Court of Buftea.
Edenland Park reserves the right to refuse access or exclude from the route people who block it or do not respect the rules, for whatever reason.
