The Terms and Conditions of the website, respectively of the online store, represent the provisions of the Agreement between you and Edenland Park.
Using the website https://www.edenland.ro/ (hereinafter referred to as the „Website”) means your consent regarding the Terms and Conditions below. The Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website/online store (hereinafter referred to as the „Users"). The services offered through the website/online store are available to the Users and may only be used in accordance with this Agreement.
By using the website/online store, the User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years old.
For orders placed by you in the online store SC EDEN S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as „EDENLAND PARK”) the following terms and conditions apply („Terms and Conditions"), in their published form and in force at the time of order confirmation. Edenland Park reserves the right to change, modify and/or withdraw in whole or in part the terms, conditions or prices of the products/services by posting on the website/online store, without any prior notice and with no effect on orders confirmed prior to those changes. Using the website/online store involves reading this section carefully, as well as the Privacy Policy section. If you do not agree with any of these terms or conditions or the Privacy Policy, please do not use our website or the online store. If you continue to use the website/online store, we will consider that you have given your consent and agree to the terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy set forth in this section.
If we suspect any fraudulent activity or behavior in the use of the website or the online store, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to them at any time without prior notice.

All content of the www.edenland.ro site - images, videos, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, emails, scripts, programs and other data - is the property of SC Eden S.R.L. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation in force. Use without the consent of SC Eden S.R.L. of any of the elements listed above shall be punished in accordance with the legislation in force. The use of the website/online store, www.edenland.ro, is allowed only within the limits presented in this document. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute or publish in any form the content of the materials presented on this website/online store, regardless of the form they take, by any person, without the prior written consent of SC Eden SRL.
The User has only limited rights regarding the website/online store, as they are expressly set out in this Agreement and has no other rights, implied or otherwise, but only a non-exclusive right to use it.

4.1 Create an Account
In order to use certain services, you must create an account and log in.
To create an account, you need to enter your name, a valid email address, and set up a password (we recommend creating a strong password that contains at least one uppercase, one special character and one digit - e.g. passwordEdenland17*).
After entering your email address and setting up a password, you'll receive a link in your email and you will need to confirm your account creation. If the confirmation and verification process has been completed successfully, your account will be activated and you can log in using the email address and password you entered when creating your account.

4.2 Placing Orders through the Online Store
To place orders through the online store, you need to create an account. The following information will be requested for placing orders (if you have not already entered them): phone number, billing details, delivery address and payment method. The User can place orders by adding the desired products to the shopping cart, and will complete the order after taking the steps mentioned on the website. By completing the order, the User agrees that all data provided by him/her, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order. By purchasing tickets, you are obliged to comply with the General Regulations, as well as the regulations specific to each activity, available in the Regulations section. Edenland Park may cancel the order placed by the user by notifying the user, without this allowing the user to claim damages if:
4.4 Object of the Agreement
The object of the Contract is the sale, respectively the purchase of products and/or services.
The purchase of tickets does not guarantee the availability of services at any date or at any time, but only gives you the right to benefit from the services within the available seats, giving you priority as soon as the services have become available again.
The information used to describe the products and/or services available on the website/online store (images, videos, texts, presentations, etc.) is for information purposes only and does not an obligation of Edenland, being used for presentation only.
The price of the Contract is the price of tickets sold displayed on the website/online store and included in the order validated by confirmation by Edenland Park. The order placed by the User is considered accepted by Edenland Park upon receipt by the User of a confirmation from Edenland Park. No confirmation is required from the User after receiving this email.
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON (lei) and are VAT (value added tax) included. Edenland Park reserves the right to change the prices displayed at any time.
Edenland Park will issue a tax invoice to the customer, which will be communicated electronically to the customer. The tax invoice will accompany the tickets, which are also issued in electronic format.
4.5 Payment method
Payment through card
The ordered products can be paid online, with the bank card, the payments being processed through the Euplatesc.ro processor. For more details about the service offered by EuroPayment Services SRL, please consult the Terms and Conditions displayed on the processor's website https://www.euplatesc.ro/termeni-si-conditii.php
In the case of online payments, Edenland Park is not responsible for any additional charges or costs charged to the user by the card issuing bank.
4.6 The right to withdraw from the Agreement
According to the legal provisions in force, when you buy through the online store, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement, within 14 days of delivery of the products, without providing a reason. In order to exercise this right, you only need to notify us of the decision within 14 days of receiving the products or purchasing the services, by filling in the withdrawal form that can be downloaded here, and sending it to the following contact details:
When you withdraw from the Agreement, we will refund the purchase price of the products/services within 14 days of the withdrawal date, using the same payment method used by you.
The right of withdrawal from the Agreement is not applicable in the following situations:
Edenland Park guarantees, in accordance with the law, the confidentiality of the User's personal data and his/her right to protection of privacy.

You are responsible for keeping your user account password secure, and any activity performed under your username is entirely your responsibility (e.g., orders placed on your account, newsletter subscriptions, etc.). If you lose your password or find any unauthorized activity under your username, you must notify Edenland Park immediately by e-mail: [email protected]
Edenland Park is not liable for any damages or inconveniences caused to users solely by their actions, such as (but not limited to): case of alienation of password or user account, provision of incorrect or incomplete information, placing wrong orders (e.g. wrong quantity or product).
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance within specific time and/or for improper performance - in whole or in part - of any obligation incumbent upon it, if the non-performance or improper performance of that obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law. The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 48 hours, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences. Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to an Agreement with Edenland Park or in connection with the Terms and Conditions posted on the Website will be settled amicably. In case of impossibility of amicable settlement, the dispute will be resolved by the Romanian competent court within whose jurisdiction is the headquarters of Edenland Park, respectively the Buftea Courthouse/Ilfov Court. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania.

In order to resolve any disputes between you, as a consumer, and Edenland Park, as a seller, resulting from the Agreement, we inform you that you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection.
